Lana Fathers is an agency lending relationship manager in the Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) division at Fidelity  Institutional®. Fidelity Institutional is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers investment insights, strategies, and  solutions, as well as trading services to a wide range of wealth management firms and institutional investors. Fidelity  Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage,  benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and  individuals. 

In this role, Mrs. Fathers is responsible for Fidelity Agency Lending’s clients and the oversight and management of  their securities lending programs. Mrs. Fathers also contributes to the strategy and growth of the agency lending  business and the onboarding of new clients. 

Before joining the Agency Lending Relationship Management team, Mrs. Fathers spent time in Fidelity Agency  Lending’s middle office and business development groups. Prior to joining Fidelity and while completing her master’s program, Mrs. Fathers worked as a consultant at Ryan LLC, where she partnered with clients to address challenges  and provide strategic solutions to better their overall performance. In addition, Mrs. Fathers worked at a private  equity firm as an investor relations associate providing sales and client support for the investors of various real estate  portfolios. 

Mrs. Fathers earned her Bachelor of Science degree in finance and her MBA degree concentrating in business  analytics from Bentley University and Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business, respectively. She  also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 licenses.
