Anita Hill Sands is the Founder and Managing Partner of Intuition Financial Placement, a boutique financial services recruitment firm. Anita is an industry trading veteran turned recruiter. She loves to help clients and candidates find the perfect match. Prior to recruiting she had more than 22 years of experience on Wall Street. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, opened their securities lending office in Tokyo, traded corporate bonds on their Repo desk in NY and helped build the equity swaps business. After 15 years at Merrill, she moved to Bear Stearns before starting the Equity Finance desk in NY for the broker dealer arm of Crédit Industriel et Commercial. It was there that she utilized her vast international experience, her knowledge of a diverse range of Equity Finance products and built her own team. Anita has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from StonyBrook University and an MBA from Fordham University.
