Allison Ching heads Asia Pacific Securities Lending at BNP Paribas and is a member of the Executive Committee on the Pan Asia Securities Lending Association. Allison is one of the key stakeholders leading the development of BNP Paribas Prime Brokerage platform and product offerings with the focus in inventory management and flow trading infrastructure.

Allison joined BNP Paribas in 2018 from J.P. Morgan where she was part of the Equity Finance team and played a significant role in the Prime platform build out and delivery with specialized understanding of the quantitative client segment. She has 20 years of industry experience and prior to J.P Morgan, she was with Royal Bank of Scotland in the Equity Derivatives space. Allison holds a Master of Financial Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
